From there you will be able to browse through the available models along with their features, specifications, prices, and corresponding accessories.

1. How do I know that the radios I order from this site are 100% Real Motorola and not counterfeit?

MyRadioMall.com is under contract with Motorola, selling any product that is not genuine Motorola is a violation of our contract.  If at any time, you believe a product you purchased from ARS not to be genuine Motorola, feel free to call us at 305-884-1795. Top of Page

 


2. Are you authorized by Motorola to sell Radios?

Yes, we are a Motorola authorized dealer.  In 1995 we were the first dealer to go online.  We now do more business on the internet than any other dealer.  We follow all guidelines as specified in the Motorola-Vendor agreement; selling only original Motorola products and carefully abiding by the terms relating to the sale of equipment on the internet. 3. What's the best way to check my order status?

The easiest way to check your order status is by choosing "Track My Order" located at the top right of each page. From the track my order page, enter your Order ID (your order #) and your email address (for security purposes) and click "Retrieve Order." Your order status will be returned.

If your order has already shipped, then your UPS tracking # will appear below your order status. Click "Track this Package" and you will see the status of the item according to UPS.

4. Are all Radios sold on this site FCC approved and licensed?

All radios and accessories sold at Advanced Radio Systems are compliant with Part 90 of the FCC rules and regulations and all radios are Part 15 type accepted.  That means that none of the equipment sold at MyRadioMall.com will emit spurious munitions and all of the equipment is designed and licensed for use within the United States. 5. Who will cover the warranty if my radio stops working?

If you purchased radio equipment from MyRadioMall.com, and the equipment fails within the provisions of the warranty, send the radio back to us, and we will repair the equipment in house, or send it to Motorola at our discretion.  If you purchased the equipment elsewhere, and it is covered within the provisions of the warranty, please send the equipment to the Motorola Service Depot where they will repair or replace it at their discretion.

If you purchased the ESP or Extended Service Plan when you bought your equipment from MyRadioMall.com, send the equipment back to us.  If the equipment is covered within the provisions of the regular warranty, then we will repair the equipment in house, or send it to Motorola at our discretion.  If the regular warranty has expired, and the equipment is covered within the provisions of the ESP, then we will send the equipment to the Motorola Service Depot provided you pay the return shipping costs.

6. What if I can't find the radio that I need on this site?

If you are looking for a Motorola two-way radio and cannot find the particular model you are looking for on this site, there are a few possible reasons.

- It is illegal for ANY merchant to sell export model radios domestically.  The GP-68, HT-950, and many more radios are intended for use outside of the US, sale and operation of this equipment in the United States is in violation of Federal Law. 

- Motorola 'branded' radios such as the Professional series (HT750, HT1250, etc) cannot be sold by any dealer online per Motorola's contract with vendors.  If you are looking for a branded radio, or think the radio you're looking for is branded, please call us at 305-884-1795 so that we can provide you with all necessary information and take your order.

- Motorola is constantly releasing new radio models and discontinuing old ones so as to keep up with the rapidly expanding world of wireless communications.  The radio you're looking for may have been replaced by a newer model, feel free to contact us so we can tell you what is comparable to the discontinued model.

1. How much does shipping cost?

Calculating shipping charges is quick and easy. Once you've added an item or items to your cart you can choose "Shipping Quote" from your shopping cart summary page. Just enter the ship to zip code and click "Shopping Quote." A page will appear with UPS Rates & Service Selection." This will give you a breakdown in cost between UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. Top of Page

 



2. When will my order arrive?

The time it takes for your item to arrive after placing an order varies greatly upon several factors.  Use the formula below to calculate the delivery time of your order.

Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time 

Many items are listed on our website as in stock items.  If you order one of these items and select UPS standard ground as your delivery method.  The total delivery time for your package will be 1 day (availability) + 3 to 7 business days (shipping time). Therefore, you can expect your package to be delivered 4 to 8 days after you place your order.

Selecting 2 Day or Next Day air service does not mean your package will always be delivered tomorrow or the day after.  Product availability must be considered.  In the case of In Stock items with Next Day service for example, it may take 2 business days before you receive your package (1 day availability + Next Day air service = 2 Days Total). Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery.

3. How do I return an item?

30 Day Limited Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 days limited exchange policy. Only radios or accessories that are defective can be exchanged for new ones. It is extremely important that you order the proper radios. Please call us for any assistance if you're not sure on your radio type or model.

Radios, especially one with options are custom built to suit a customer needs. We anticipate customers orders and tried to maintain sufficient quantity in stock at all time.

It is extremely difficult to return radios to Motorola because of the wrong options or frequencies or number of channels. Help us keep our prices low by ordering exactly what you need.

If an exception is made a 15% restocking fee may apply. You must obtain an RMA number before shipping merchandise or packages will be denied. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and it must be in its original condition along with all documentation and original paperwork. For Motorola Two-Way radio and accessory warranty issues the merchandise can be returned to us, taken to a Motorola Authorized Dealer near you for service or replacement, or sent directly to the Motorola headquarters.

For issues regarding the return or repair of Motorola Talkabout radios and accessories must be dealt directly with the manufacturer; the Motorola Talkabout Division. You can contact them at 1-800-353-2729.

1. I know I have the right part #, but the search comes back blank?

If you have searched for the part # of the item you desire in our search utility, and cannot find the item even though you are sure you have the correct part # try removing the last letter of the part #.  

This last letter (ie - the 'A' in HMN1035A) indicates what version or revision the product is.  The part is the same, but Motorola may have made small changes to the item, the last letter is then changed to indicate exactly what release of this part you have.

By leaving off the last letter, our search engine will find the current version of the desired part.
